Our stay in Copenhagen was excellent. The hotel is beautifully designed, perfectly located, and the staff provided outstanding service. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The room (against other evaluations) was warm and the bed was comfortable. I cannot say much about the location as I only spent 1 night there. There was a bottle of water in the room.
