We travelled to Denmark, and made a trip in two parts. The first part was an exploration of Funen, with Falsled Kro as our basis. But Falsled Kro was a jewel to discover by itself. We can say a lot, or we can say nothing and rest in wonder. This is a magical place, with lovely and very helpful people, who immediately made you feel at home. And the cuisine, morning or evening, was above expectations. 11/10, and we'll be back someday :).
Overlooking the Great Belt strait, Nyborg Strand is a beachfront property just 2 km from Nyborg’s Old Town. Odense city centre is within 30 minutes' drive.

Breakfast very good, location perfect, however, dinner in the villa restaurant was beyond exceptional. Absolutely outstanding service, menu beautiful and I was served a gorgeous glass of red which went magically with the veal main.

We loved that this was the only tent. The whole garden was ours and it was super private. It was not a long walk to the little house with the bathroom/kitchen, and it was very well equipped.

Great hotel! Good value for money and would love to stay there again. Travelled for work and had a truck but the outdoor parking was spacious. Would also go here with my family. Very nice views!
Toilets didn’t ŵork. Only 2sockets in the each of double bedroomsand hardly any around apartment. Money spent on jacuzzi and stair lighting - all very nice - but would have been better to spend it on basic electric points and toilets that work. Property manager very unhelpful. When I complained it took a week and two emails to reply and reply was unsympathetic, dismissive and basically said “sod off”. - very expensive rental - great location but let down by basics
