I like the facilities, the room was beautiful, bed comfortable, and everything was clean and smelled good. The view was amazing. But the best part was the service provided. It was the best hotel service I have ever received. The staff went above and beyond multiple time to make sure we had everything we need and that we were comfortable. Ahmed in two occasions called directly the people we had tours with to ensure we didn’t wait more than needed for them and was able to communicate with them important things that we as tourists were not able to. They also dropped water and beverages from time to time unrequested just to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and with the view even better. Also the place have a restaurant which is convenient if you get back to the hotel late and don’t want to go out again.This place exceeded my expectations, and it’s recommended specially if you don’t know the language, there is a friendly staff there ready to help.

It was our first hotel during our trip in Egypt and the owner arranged excursions for us and gave us a lot of advice to enjoy our stay and discover places in the area. The view on the Pyramids were also great but it is really the kindness of the people working there that we remember !
