I have visited over 100 countries and stayed at countless hotels and Airbnbs. This property quite possibly was the best place I have ever slept in. It is awesome if you are looking for a romantic retreat. The interior decoration is simply fantastic---world class. We were awestruck by the furnishings, design, the wood beams, the paintings, the attention to detail, everything. The two women we interacted with at reception were very engaged and extremely intelligent. You can also go for short strolls to villages nearby in a rural area.

We loved our stay at Haizatu. The property is in a beautiful spot, perfect if you like hiking. We used the brilliant kitchen facilities and the room was comfortable. Would definitely recommend and couldn’t fault.

The area is beautiful, the hosts the kindest, the accommodation was so beautiful, we enjoyed à lot the beautiful garden, so peaceful and relaxing. Thanks so much to Miguel and Joana for the previous trip advices in the area and helping us get a vet appointment for our dog before to take the ferry back to Ireland ! Kudos to the local campsite for the delicious take away pizzas .
