These seafront apartments are 50 metres from Reducto Beach. They offer bright accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a balcony with views of Arrecife Bay and the Parque Islas Canarias Botanic Gardens. Lovely aparthotel in a great location, super clean with a sea view. 2 minutes walk to the beach, supermarket, cafes. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. This is our second visit and we will be back again.

Great space with beautiful interiors. Completely private and quite. Beautiful windows with views of the pool. Large modern showers and clean bathrooms. Everything was excellent including the helpful staff. Amazing location with easy access to the rest of the island.

We had done a lot of research and settled on Lava Beach Hotel due to the reviews. Firstly all the staff are great, very friendly and hard working to please everyone. The staff in the bars and restaurants are really attentive and switched on. The food is outstanding with a buffet selection to make your eyes pop… and your belly!... Soo much choice and it tastes amazing. The room was brilliant with more than you could expect. We had a suite over looking the pool and could not fault it. Very clean and packed with lots of nice touches… very luxurious! There are 2 pools and an outside jacuzzi. The bottom pool is only 0.4m in depth with 4 built in jacuzzi style loungers and definitely good fun to use. This was a very tranquil hotel especially around the pool, at times you could hear a pin drop. I think everybody appreciated that. One of the best things is they have a sun lounger policy. You cannot reserve one by dumping things on them before 10am. Either you have to be on it (or obviously in the pool), or they will remove everything. Works a treat! … There are more than enough very comfy sun loungers for everyone all in good positions! A very clean and modern hotel, yet has charm and warmth. There is a lot of attention to detail which if you watch the staff you will see, even using a spoon & fork to place the serviette's on the table. The Spa is great and shouldn't be overlooked as it has some nice facilities of its own. The 60min back and neck treatment I received was incredible.

The Place we had was a little apartment with a small garden and private jacuzzi. The host Monica was very welcoming and sweet. She prepared a fresh cake which was lovely! We even had some fruits and milk in the fridge. The views were amazing. You definitely need a car to go to the center and visit other places on the island. On our last day we left in the evening so she offered to switch to an other place in the morning so we could enjoy our last beach day. This was absolutely amazing!! Only feedback we would have that a second pair of sheets and towels would have been great. Otherwise perfect. Absolutely recommending!! Thank you for everything :)

Everything was great, clean and we had all the amenities needed. There is even a jacuzzi within the shared space. It was really quite and we did not hear anyone. Our apartment had a private outside area, and also you could use a shared one, so we enjoyed mornings and evenings sitting outside. There is little light pollution at night so you could even see a lot of stars. All in all our stay here was pleasant!

It's a ten-minute walk from the beach and the Puerto del Carmen promenade. A couple of supermarkets are just 5 minutes away. Our room had a magnificent view over the pool, it was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast has various cold options from the buffet. You can also order some delicious hot options that will be cooked on order. We also tried dinner and can only recommend it. Every day there's different tasty specials in addition to the à la carte menu. The staff is welcoming, corteous and always happy to help. We would like to extend our special thanks to David and the lovely receptionist from Ecuador (so sorry we are this bad with names and didn't catch yours!) and to Christian at the restaurant. They are clearly passionate about their job and about providing an excellent service to their customers. Highly recommended!
