We had a reservation. Were waiting for 45 minutes in front of apartment, then host called and said the apartment wasnt ready and we cant stay there. Ruined our day....

Very friendly Host and also spoke English which was helpful. The location was quiet and very clean There is a nice bar restaurant/Bar in walking distance with a friendly atmosphere.

The property had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, the shower was good, the bed was comfy and the garden was lovely. The living room was comfortable although the TV seemed to be set up in French which gave us a little challenge! The wifi was good most of the time. The house was lovely and cool as the weather was especially hot for May. We didn't need to use the aircon. We were able to have windows open as there were fly screens on all of them. Our hosts were easily accessible if we had needed them but didn't bother us. They had left us some nice treats as well as some basics. There were plenty of candles handy including citronella for the garden. The garden was arranged so that there was always some seating in the shade and the table and chairs were under an umbrella which shaded it perfectly at lunchtime. Although we didn't use the spa pool, it looked lovely and robes and towels were provided for this. The garden looked pretty at night with fairy lights. There was plenty of parking. We loved seeing the hens every day too! We loved the location as our main reason for staying in the area was to visit the thermal pools at Camping Fuente, Banos de Fortuna, which was less than ten minutes drive away. Ian and Sue
