The house is modern - front gate is open thru web button and wifi connection is easy using QR code. The beds are clean and comportable. The kitchenware is quality. Cannes is busy and conjested but this town is very calm. - supermarket and gas station is very close with good price. It is very valuable to stay for family vacation.

Note there are 2 train station in Menton and Menton Garvan, it is about 3 minutes from Menton Garvan. Very enjoyable relaxing stay. Well equipped kitchen we did not use.
