Star class hotel amenities provided in the rooms with owner and staff being very kind and supportive to make your stay comfortable. Very comfy beds with additional sofa bed in living area. Room fitted with Internet TV, electric cooker and hub, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker and hot water kettle along with utensils and cutlery. Bathroom has hot tub, towels, bath robe and slippers.

Stylish hotel In industrial and tasteful style with many design details in the room and common areas. Very spacious room with free standing bath tub, great coffee machine, great wall paintings etc. I also really liked the bar, lounge area of the hotel. Also great breakfast variety. Hotel is the perfect place for discovering a local flavour of Tbilisi. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good location, easy to get to and from the hotel, very close to the main city attractions and the downtown, smooth check-in and check-out, very friendly staff. Room is spacious and clean, bed is very comfortable, amazing rain shower in the bathroom with very strong water pressure. Breakfast lounge is very spacious, not crowded, located on the top floor of the hotel with big glass windows, so the view is amazing. Concierge is very considerate and has helped to arrange the dinner reservations on the both nights of stay.

Good position, close to Avlabari station and necessary service facilities. Good equipped dining kitchen with a large refrigerator, all needed utensils and possibility to prepare coffee, tea and simple dishes. Nice and creatively decorated lounge. Cleanliness and tidiness of the room and common spaces, including lounge, kitchen, passageway and bathrooms. Having the possibility of washing and drying laundry, hair drying, ironing. Good Wi-fi. Very kind and friendly staff, special regards to "Modrić" :-).

Great location in the old town, but still calm and away from the buzz. Great value for money! Apartment has own washing machine, good bathroom, enough space and a lovely little terrace to relax in the evening and have coffee in the morning.
