Offering the largest outdoor pool in Southeast Asia, Natra Bintan is situated in Treasure Bay in the Bintan Region. There is a restaurant and guests can have fun at the water park and games room. We had a wonderful stay at Natra Bintan! The food and room were both excellent, but what truly made our experience stand out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm and attentive. Special thanks to Gabriel at the bar for his friendly and welcoming vibe, and to Nazarh at the restaurant for going above and beyond to make our meals memorable. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to return!

El Nirwana Resort está situado en la isla Bintan y ofrece piscina infinita con vistas al mar, spa completo y centro de fitness. Both pool and beach were amazing. The resort has many restaurants and hosts all of the activities one can imagine. We really liked the tour we did by renting a driver for a couple of hours and going outside of the resort area to see the real Bintan (Vihara Guan ti Gong and a small fishermen's village). Also, the staff always had a smile on their face and were ready to help in any way possible.
