Love the hotel, and the location, the past three stays were amazing. The hotel decor OMG so beautiful. The staff were faantastic and super helpful. This is my home in Jakarta. Close to public transport (MRT Station) just next to the hotel. The bed and pillow were comfy and the toiletries smells amazing. U need to check the gym and the library lounge on L5. They have the most beautiful gym in the world.

With a 360-degree view of the city, The Westin Jakarta is located on the top 20 floors of a 304-metre Gama Tower. The peace and cleanliness of the hotel was nice to come back to after the busy city. The rooms are well equipped and have a very comfortable large bed. Every staff member was very pleasant and smart with a warm smile. The dining area was very nice with a great selection for all tastes and nationallities. The staff show pride in their work and it really does make a difference. We cannot rate this hotel enough and if we were ever in Jakarta again, would definitely stay here. Keep up the good work!

Customer service was amazing. Facilities very clean and the gym is quite big with many equipment. Breakfast was tasty. It is very near to Senayang mall and you can go underground to reach each within 10 min walking.
