No shortage of dining options, very easy for Grab to pick up or deliver food. The building has a really nice swimming pool. In the late afternoon there might be more children. The owner was very friendly, quick in communication, and accommodating. WiFi, AC, and hot water worked perfectly. I don’t know what else you can ask for?

There is a variety of coffee types in the bar, and this is wonderful. I asked them to serve breakfast in the room and they agreed to this, not every hotel accepts this and this is great of them You can relax in the hotel and not leave it. The swimming areas and activities are varied and wonderful.

The bed was super comfortable, complete with a pillow menu. The bathroom was fantastic with a beautiful bathtub complete with bath salts. The toilet had so many features I was so amazed and impressed.

The rooms are super clean and cosy. We started with a reservation for two nights, but ended up longer (6 days total). We also did two early activities and they made us lunch boxes ever since time. I absolutely recommend!

With a 360-degree view of the city, The Westin Jakarta is located on the top 20 floors of a 304-metre Gama Tower. The room was beautiful and the staff were incredible. The amenities are really something. Food at the hotel is quite expensive but there are lots of places nearby to eat.
