Jhony is very service oriented. You could tell he always does his best to meet your needs. He accommodated many requests I had, no matter how odd they were. I went jungle trekking with him, saw many different kinds of monkeys and other wildlife, including the desired orangutans. The food during the trek was great and we had plenty of delicious fruits as dessert all the time. Big thumbs up!

The breakfast was fantastic in a very large area with a great selection. Less than 5% of the tables were used while we were there from 9am to 10am. We ordered scrambled eggs with mushroom and they had to go and cut up mushrooms but were happy to do so. Our room was on the 20th floor and provided all we needed. They had a bar where we were able to buy a beer.

Good hotel and restaurant was much better than expected after ratings 😊 very close to vulcano, but if you are looking for scooter rental or different restaurants, you have to go to Berastagi. Hotel also organized a driver to Lake Toba after our stay.
