This property was fantastic. The location is perfect for exploring both sides of Matera—you can either walk or take a bus to reach the Sassi. Parking is free, and the host, Giuseppe, was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available to answer our questions. The room was very well equipped, and although we were just two people, the breakfast provided could easily have served four. Everything was spotless, and we were genuinely pleased with our stay. I highly recommend this apartment and we’ll definitely be coming back.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment is spacious, very clean, and has a very large bathroom. The location is fantastic, right next to the Sassi, making it a perfect base for exploring Matera. A big thank you to our host for helping us find a parking spot. Communication was excellent, and we really appreciated all the helpful advice, tips, and assistance throughout our stay. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Matera. The location was excellent with underground parking available. Very secure. Just on the edge of the old part of the city. The room was spectacular, with typical good Italian design and finishes. Loved everything about it.

Even though we only stayed one night, we really enjoyed our stay. The room was in an absolutely amazing location close to the old town. The host was very nice, he made us a cappuccino upon arrival to welcome us. The breakfast was also very good and fresh. The room was spacious, clean and furnished with absolutely everything you need. We also welcomed the earlier check-in. We would stay here again next time.
