The units at the accommodation have air conditioning and a desk. We received an upgrade on arrival with the biggest bathroom we’ve ever seen. Reception team were great on arrival and check out (and booking us a taxi back to the ferry!).

The breakfast which is freshly prepared each morning was great and even better with a view!

With an elegant décor, all rooms at the Ceselle feature air conditioning and a large bathroom with a luxury set of toiletries. Very comfortable room, nice staff, beautiful garden, good breakfast. The front desk is very nice and professional and very patient, she told us how to take bus to visit Grotta, the hotel is very close to bus stop, we take bus to Grotta early therefore aviod the crowd.

Thanks to Mari, the front desk manager, and Massimiuano for their professional help to make sure that I and my family have a wonderful time in Capri as everything was organised on time and perfect. Thanks to them and all the wonderful staff, we are super happy, and we will definitely come again. The room was very comfortable and the food was delicious, but the best thing was the location of the hotel as it had two different entrances to two different streets. Also the hotel has a nice swimming pool for young kids.

Wi-Fi throughout is free. Tremendous hospitality, and fascinating conversations with the family. Great homemade ravioli. Garden full of lemons, figs etc. Fantastic views, tranquillity. All excellent. A haven from the madness at the port. 10-minutes walk from the center of town. Free ride from the town center was a bonus.
