This was a true 5 star experience. They upgraded my room so we had a private sauna on the terrace. The food was incredible, a five course meal every night that rivaled the Michelin experiences I have had. The spa treatments were affordable and excellent. The spa facilities themselves were stunning, I've never been more relaxed. The staff was also incredible, very attentive. They have activities and a great cocktail bar where you can enjoy the view in the evenings. I can't wait to go back!

The rooms were large, well-appointed and exceptionally clean. The staff was super-nice and helpful. The location is excellent (15 minutes walking distance from Meran city center and thermal spa). The spa is nice, even if the outdoor whirlpool is a bit small - 4 people - and not overly hot in winter.

Comfortable, clean room with neutral but stylish interior. Good pillows and blanket. Beautiful house and location. Parking in front of the property. Pleasant, friendly staff. This place is very nice. From the looks of it, all the things you need, comfy beds, big bathrooms. Staff is really kind , aleays smiley and willing to help. Oh and the food - the only bad part there was that i am on a diet and couldnt eat everything they had :) i can trully recomend it.
