We were given glasses to enjoy some wine we had brought and we could sit on the balcony to relax. Loved that the breakfast cakes were home made! She also gave us a recommendation to a local eaterie which was within walking distance..a bonus after a long drive from Forli.

Parking was free and on site. The view from the communal kitchen deck was awesome and endless. The shared kitchen was well appointed with all the amenities along with free coffee. The breakfast just down the street was complimentary (coffee and croissant). There was a great pizzeria 2 doors down which was busy with locals. There host was very helpful with check in and check out, the room was very clean and comfortable We had a great but too short of a stay. Perfect!

From the moment we arrived we felt like we were being “welcomed back” as opposed to first time visitors! Our host Antonio and his wife Pina made us feel like family! Our room (Queen Spa Room) was clean, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful week in Termoli and the oversized tub was divine! The location is exceptional (steps away from beach, centro, restaurants, bars, shopping) and a quick 10 minutes from the train. We will definitely return to Conte Max Rooms. *Also, don’t miss the bakery next door for fantastic baked goods, owned by the hosts! We can’t wait to return! Grazie mille Antonio e Pina 🥰
