This is a lovely Italian farmhouse (tenuta) and a wonderful place to learn about the history of both the estate and the local area. Part of the farmhouse has been converted into five guest rooms that respect the original structure and are decorated with extraordinary taste. The location is superb—close to the main highway (but not within hearing distance), providing easy access to the most popular nearby attractions. Maria and Franco truly make you feel at home. Would we stay there again? Definitely!

Brand new facility. Extra ordinary standard for Italy. Very clean and perfect. Parking on the premises (behind fance) possible. Great breakfast with home made cake (from mama). Andrea is a nice and courteous host.

The (economy) room vas great! Very clean and I had everything I needed and more. I really appreciate that everything was working well, the AC, shower, wifi,... Getting to the room was a little like going through escape room, but Marco made everything very clear and was always there to help. I especially loved the big bathroom and a balcony, I could stayed there for longer. Highly reccomend, especially for solo travelers!

Michele provided an absolutely fantastic breakfast which was both delicious and enormous, and was served with a big friendly smile. The first morning he served it in our room, as the weather wasn't suitable for the roof, and then on the roof the next day. The location was great with some of the character of the old town but very close to the new town and not too far to walk to/from the station. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept in.
