Offering beautiful sea views from its position right on the coast, the 4-star Hotel Miramare - Adults Only con Private Spa offers design interiors and stylish rooms with modern furniture. We loved everything, from the location - easy accessible from the main road, free parking on site, looking at the sea, super helpful and friendly staff, complementary aperitif, lovely breakfast and a room with a view of the gorgeous Adriatic sea. Also there is long boardwalk for enjoying the sea air. They were so nice toward my two, big, dogs and that is one of the most important things for me. My full recommendation of this hotel and next time in Trieste this hotel will be our only choice.

We spent 3 nights at Casanova Bluelife in Trieste and overall had a great stay. The location is excellent – just a 3-minute walk from the train station and with a nice grocery store right at the bottom of the hill. The apartment itself is very modern and secure, with multiple keypad entry points and a front door that feels like opening a vault. The layout worked well for our group of 3 singles: two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor, and a third bedroom in a loft-style space upstairs with its own bathroom. Since the loft is open, it’s not 100% private, but it still feels separate. The loft level also features two terraces, one with a small hot tub (really only suited for 1–2 people at a time). On the main floor, the terrace has an outdoor dining table that was perfect for gathering, enjoying meals, and taking in the beautiful sunset views. The kitchen is minimally stocked with basic essentials, but note there is only an electric cooktop and microwave—no oven. We are big coffee drinkers and ended up buying a small coffee maker nearby (about €30), since the provided stovetop percolator was too small for us. There is also an electric kettle for hot water. Inside, the apartment is minimalist but comfortable, though there aren’t many indoor spaces to lounge together as a group aside from the outdoor dining area. The views, however, are incredible, and the location is very walkable (though do expect a short uphill climb from the station). Accessing the apartment can be a bit of a process, with several steps depending on whether you’re coming from the street or the parking garage, but once inside, it feels extremely secure. The host was responsive throughout, and we would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood where parking is much easier than in the city center. It’s very easy to reach the center, the bus stop is just a short walk away and it only takes a few stops to get there. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is very good. The hosts are amazing, always friendly and ready to help with anything you need. Truly a place worth recommending.

Our apartment was in a prime location in Trieste. only 15 minutes from the train station and just next to the Piazza Unità d'Italia. There was a huge choice of Restaurants and bars, with 2 just outside our building. Loved the atmosphere and loved the people. Our hosts, Diana and Giovanni were absolutely delightful. They visited us shortly after we arrived, offering any assistance that we needed. Diana booked a hair appointment for me, where I had the most awesome experience. there were many celebrations and performances while we were there, with the Papa Francesca (Pope Frances) visiting on the Sunday. Felt very blessed. During a stay we wished to visit Cittanova d'Istria (Novigrad - Croatia) for personal reasons. Diana enthusiastically offered to take us. We had a lovely day with Diana and her gorgeous daughter Sofie visiting Cittanova d' Istria. Trieste is such a lovely place to visit. Highly, highly highly recommend the San Nicolo Suites. We had the most wonderful 5 night stay with Pati and her fab B&B. We travelled to Trieste to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary and it was a holiday to remember made all the better by the how well we were looked after. The breakfast each morning was amazing sitting out on the terrace weather permitting with such a view of the forest. I not Pati brought breakfast to our room with homemade pastries and healthy options - coffee was outstanding. The area is really easy to get to the center of the city and the local pizza's and bars had excellent food and such good value. I just have to thank Pati for everything and the thoughtful gift she is so kind and welcoming. I really hope to return sometime - THANK YOU

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, B&B Maison 3 Magnoni is set in Trieste, 3.2 km from Piazza dell Unita d'Italia. Private parking is available on site. All the house was clean and cozy, beautifully decorated. Francesca was helpful and nice. Breakfast in the morning was rich. We enjoyed the stay very much.

The staff is very welcoming and willing to please. Luxury room and bathroom with an amazing view. Fabulous breakfast in a fine dining restaurant. Overall a very pleasant stay!
