The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. The hotel is located in a very quiet and pleasant suburb of Assisi (about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Assisi main gate).

The owners took such a good care of us, helped with planning the activities around the area and in general made our stay the most pleasant experience one can have The location is beautiful, with the olive trees, grapes and flowers planted around the main building, the chickens thats running around and in general very cozy rural vibe with the beautiful view!

We were able to check in early which was wonderful on a rainy day. The spa tub was heaven. It was conveniently located and we had our best meal so far at the restaurant next door. We would have eaten at the restaurant down stairs with its lovely view but we were too hungry to wait.

The apartment was very clean and with good furniture and a super comfy bed. The garden outside is well kept and has a superb view on the hills, you can see the Marmore waterfalls as well!
