One of the best stays we ever had in a hotel. The staff is absolutely lovely and very helpful, the rooms are comfortable and have beautiful views of the sea. If we are ever back in Aqaba we will be staying in Kempinski again :)

When I stayed here I had already picked up a nasty virus in Egypt. At 2:30 I was so sick I needed to go to a hospital emergency room. When I went downstairs and asked the night manager Khaled to order me a taxi he informed me there wouldn’t be any at that time. What happened next was incredible - he organised 2 of his friends to come and take me to the hospital in his car. Not only that, his wonderful friends came inside, helped me get admitted and stayed with me the entire time )often chasing up doctors and test results) until I was discharged a few hours later and then drove me back to the hotel. My stay at My Hotel is now my most memorable hotel stay ever. Jordan as a country is so safe and hospitable, however My Hotel staff - esp Khaled went so far above and beyond I am so grateful and still a little shocked! Thank you thank you team and Khaled.

The resort is beautifully designed with a stunning view of Tala Bay. The pools are excellent, the beach is clean, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful provided excellent service.
