Excellent view and service; I and my family had a good rest during stay; Food was also excellent. The portion was good. I love the vibe in the lobby during happy hour. Can enjoy alcohol or drink in the resting area, even it was about midnight there was still lively (but quietly in a Japanese way). Resting area is spacious enough to let every party enjoy their time by own. As it is near to Nagoya International Airport, I will definitely plan to have another stay in this hotel when I revisit Nagoya again.

I liked the sauna and cold bath. Only thing I would change is the frequency at which the löyly is thrown by the machine, every 15 minutes is too long and the sun dries up real bad. Every 5 minutes would be a lot better and closer to authentic Finnish sauna experience. I also loved unlimited Dr Pepper from the tap

It was just for one night, staff was ok and friendly, food was perfect room service,apart from they don’t know any English speaking, but they managed to translate and worked ok. For those that may happen to scruple with things that you see( adults toys) dont book, as it is an adult hotel no children are allowed, once your in the room you cant go out with out you call reception and they open up the door room for you.
