Excellent location. 5 mins away from Nagoya station, from where one could take the Shinkansen to other parts of the country and the metro to other parts of the city and suburbs. Close to high-end and budget shopping. Many restaurants close-by. 10 mins walk away, there is an excellent South-Indian restaurant. Extremely friendly and helpful front desk; Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom. Relaxing in the Library cafe

The Onsen was amazing. Really great amenities! Face masks for the evening after a relaxing Onsen session. <3 Very nice staff that helped us store our luggage. Very clean and spacious room, bathroom was luxurious. Super closely located to station.

Hotel experience was generally good, rooms booked were spacious as I booked the twin rooms, view was good, overlooking the park. Staff were very helpful in booking taxis and helping us with extra pillows. The public baths were small but good for relaxing.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Room very comfortable and quite big for a single I thought. I visited the spa bath. So relaxing! An array of self care products available at reception for personal use. Subway station a few minutes walk away.
