Enjoyed the house for summer for a big group and had a wonderful time! Staff was always quick/available to answer your questions or come by should you needed something. Sauna/onsen was definitely a highlight, along with the ready-to-go BBQ set (extra cost). Would love to come again!

Dispone de aparcamiento gratuito. the property was nice clean and comfortable. the staff is amazing and very friendly and very helpful when I lost my car keys on the slopes. they helped find me a locksmith that could make a new key for my car when my insurance company couldn’t help me. I highly recommend this place for anyone and any family. I will be staying here for now on when I make trips to Hakuba

El establecimiento Pension Tomato se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche de la estación de esquí de Hakuba Happo-One Winter y ofrece habitaciones amplias de estilo occidental con zona de loft. Lovely place to stay on a quiet street in Hakuba a short walk to restaurants and shuttle for skiing. Owners are wonderful people. Extremely helpful and friendly. The private onsen is nice after a day on the slopes.

The location is 5 mins walk from escal plaza bus stop and 5 mins to the ski slope Groyu. We really appreciate the host, who helped us with information before we arrived and we followed the instructions and arrived safetly. The japaneese breakfast was traditional, tasted amazing and it was enough to kick start for skiing. There are some good restaurants nearby, good coffee and ski rental. This is a traditional ryokan, hence they provide with good mattress but you sleep on the tatami floor, we slept very well. Thank you very much to Keira and the team for offering us an amazing time, we felt like home!

The whole place is spotless and our room is huge and very clean :) What made this place the best among the places we stayed in Japan is "Kiko". He is the caretaker of the place and he made sure that we are taken care of. From making our breakfast every morning and made sure the place are very clean and amazing. There is also a private onsen in which you can enjoy by yourself :) I would highly recommend this place and would stay there again if I return in Hakuba. The only downside is the distance of the bus stop which is around 15-20 mins walk, but Kiko again save us by driving us around. 11/10

Featuring a hot tub, massage treatments and tennis courts, Hotel La Neige offers rooms with a balcony and nature views. It provides a free shuttle service and free Wi-Fi. Their staff is second to none! They were just the best and outmost tentative and helpful. Any question or request we had, they assisted us with no issues and the highest professionalism. Always with a genuine smile and care. The facility is also superb and the room has everything we needed (including delicious snacks and drinks). Breakfast was good as well. We were sad we couldn’t stay there longer.
