Good location, close enough to JR Mito station, but far enough to be a quiet neighborhood. We didn't use it, but there was a bike available, e.g. for shopping at the nearby supermarket. There are instructions for the appliances in English. The rooms were very nice and clean.

The accommodation had everything one could need – we even found coffee and some spices, which was a lovely touch. Thank you for that! Cleanliness was also perfect. The owners offer breakfast for an additional fee. One thing to note: the dining table is Japanese-style, so you sit on the floor rather than on chairs. The beach is just a one-minute walk away, and you can enjoy long walks along the promenade or simply relax with the sea view.
