Stuff at points a bit slow and lost, but very sweet. Most of the hotels have the same issues, unfortunately, difficult to find street smart and fast people.

Everything from check-in to checkout was of the highest quality - the service staff were so helpful - when we parked in the wrong place, they took our key so we could sleep in and moved the car, when we misread the last serving time for breakfast they gave us a takeaway box Facilities were amazing - deep bath, all the basics for snacks & breakfasts - a broad range in the breakfast buffet - lovely onsen in the snow I'd stay again in a heartbeat

Rustic and private - great place for quietude. Hosts were great and accommodating. They helped with check in and a dinner on first day. Nice time with Shirin and Dave. Wishing them more support and many good years ahead.

Best of all was a basement for entertainment and the family enjoyed the X-Box !! When it snowed heavily with blizzard , we never had a dull moment indoors

The location was very convenient, the hotel and amenities were amazing, clean and comfortable. But what stood out was the incredible and friendly staff who would go out of their way to help you with your stay. They are eager to provide information on nearby restaurants, giving their personal recommendations, and not only did they give us free shuttle service into town, they did it with such friendliness and made us feel really welcomed. Next time i'm visiting Niseko, i'm most likely going to be staying at intuition.

We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.
