Great hotel and service in a quiet yet central location - just a two minute walk from the city center. Very large clean rooms and spacious bathrooms with well maintained facilities. I booked the least expensive room, but I was surprised to find it still had a full size bathtub - much appreciated! Staff friendly and very helpful. Nestled within private gardens, Indra Angkor Residence offers accommodation away from the hustle and bustle city center. We love this hotel! comfortable bed and great aircon, nice bathroom too. Lovely pool - perfect for a quick dip to escape the heat! Staff so helpful and friendly, they arranged pick up from the bus station with a nice tuktuk driver.

I stayed at the Palmery for 6 nights as a solo female traveler. The hotel is clean, comfortable and safe. The staff was absolutely the best. Everyone was so kind but the owner Mey really went over and beyond to help me out. I left a sentimental necklace in my room. She arranged to send it to my next destination where her friend had a hotel. I have never experienced customer service on this level and when I tried to offer to pay her for the shipping, she refused. I still cannot wrap my head around this kind of generosity and caring.

Had a surprise from them when I came back from tour and saw they decorated my bed with flowers for my Birthday. Very nice relax atmosphere with good locations for tour. Our driver was all the way with us throughout our trip...another nice heart warming man. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent value for money, with very comfortable villas. We planned a couple days for exploring Angkor Wat, and we wanted a few extra days of relaxing, so the spacious villa made that possible. Great, attentive staff, and town was a short tuk-tuk ride away
