The aircon in our room was clean and quiet. The staff is excellent. Very friendly and doing their best. The cleaning staff were doing a great job, in spite of us not leaving tips due to the lack of change. The breakfasts were tasty, with good coffee and sufficient choice of food. Meals at the restaurant were good, too, and at reasonable prices. Payment at check-in was not required. One can even rent a motorbike through the hotel with a post-payment by credit card! And last but not least: they bring enough water in ecological glass bottles to the room. Many thanks for a very nice and comfortable stay!

Nestled within private gardens, Indra Angkor Residence offers accommodation away from the hustle and bustle city center. I spent a night at this hotel on 18 of Mar, and it was an amazing experience! I loved the room and the hotel decorations. Although the hotel is a bit far from the town, i used the bicycles to get around, which only took a couple of minutes. It was a fun and convenient way to explore the area!

I stayed at the Palmery for 6 nights as a solo female traveler. The hotel is clean, comfortable and safe. The staff was absolutely the best. Everyone was so kind but the owner Mey really went over and beyond to help me out. I left a sentimental necklace in my room. She arranged to send it to my next destination where her friend had a hotel. I have never experienced customer service on this level and when I tried to offer to pay her for the shipping, she refused. I still cannot wrap my head around this kind of generosity and caring.

Had a surprise from them when I came back from tour and saw they decorated my bed with flowers for my Birthday. Very nice relax atmosphere with good locations for tour. Our driver was all the way with us throughout our trip...another nice heart warming man. Truly enjoyed our stay.

We planned a couple days for exploring Angkor Wat, and we wanted a few extra days of relaxing, so the spacious villa made that possible. Great, attentive staff, and town was a short tuk-tuk ride away

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and barbecue facilities, Koulen Hotel is located in the heart of Siem Reap, not far from Pub Street and King's Road Angkor. Rooms are large and well lit. Ideal for families. The staff are courteous and helpful. Located in an excellent neighbourhood.
