This was honestly the BEST hotel stay I’ve ever had! The location was perfect and super safe — I had everything I needed right around me: pubs, restaurants, hairdressers, a shopping mall and the supermarket all 5mins away. It also happened to be my birthday and the team made it unforgettable! They surprised me with an upgrade to the top floor, which absolutely made my day. And a huge shoutout to Sally who went above & beyond for all my requests and to Fadi, Kanaan, Sameer, Kabalan, Sara, Rafi & everyone else at the hotel including the breakfast and cleaning staff — thank you for your kindness, your recommendations, your help and for making me feel so comfortable and happy 😊💛 The hotel has a spa and a fully equipped gym with sauna and steam room ! House keeping is 2secs they are so fast to bring things to your room, room service is amazing and the massage at the spa is a must!

I highly recommend it. We had a few issues at the beginning of our stay, but Jamil and Jina managed to resolve everything quickly. The service is impeccable and the property is well maintained. The restaurant is also of high quality.
