Location was central close to restaurants, ABC mall and downtown. We were given an upgrade. Nice touch. Staff was amazing and helpful especially Sara and Rafi who prepared a surprise birthday cake and decoration in the room for my wife. Sara in the reception was so helpful and catered to our requests . Overall the whole team, room service, housekeeping and staff were friendly . We enjoyed the stay.
