Perfect location, the staff are very nice and are helpful when planning activities and booking restaurants. The roof terrace is beautiful and has an amazing view right over the city. The breakfast every morning was a highlight as well. We would stay here again.

My stay at Palais De Fès Suites & Spa was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and unmatched hospitality that made me feel truly at home. The hotel’s atmosphere, attention to detail, and authentic charm created an unforgettable experience. A special thanks and deep appreciation to the kitchen chef, whose incredible talent made my stay even more memorable. She prepared a special Refesa just for me upon request, and it was absolutely exceptional beautifully crafted, rich in flavor, and prepared with such care. It was a highlight of my trip and a gesture I will never forget. I would also like to extend heartfelt thanks to Bouchra, Mohamed, and Yousif for their wonderful attitude, kindness, and impeccable service. Their welcoming smiles, thoughtful assistance, and exceptional treatment throughout my stay made all the difference. They represent the very best of Moroccan hospitality. You don't need to worry for dinner, book each night at Riad. It is excellent. Super romantic

The wow breakfast, wifi, staff, room was so large and comfortable i slept well like a baby. It is just 1 minute away from one of the principal street of the medina.

We stayed 5 nights at this beautiful riad and enjoyed every moment of it. It is located in a quiet alley but still very close to medina. The interior space and the rooms are mesmorizing (excatly like the photos). The staff (Zahra, Otman, Rashid and the ladies in the kitchen) are super friendly and always ready to help. The wifi was strong and reliable. The bed was big and comfortable. They can provide lunch/dinner for the guests upon request (an excellent 3 course meal for 220 MAD per person). The breakfast was very good.

Very elegant and well-maintained riad with great attention to detail, excellent food, and outstanding hospitality from the owner. The proximity to a large paid parking lot just a few minutes’ walk away is a great advantage.

Close to the main attraction in Medina even though the small street is so confusing, but this is an excellent place to stay. Beside that we park the car in the free parking spot outside the wall but only 3 minutes walk.
