It’s the third time we come back to this hotel and the kids are loving it. The pool is very cute and having the amazing restaurant inside the hotel is very comfortable (and yummy!) Location is great so close to everything but not inside the center. Will be back next year!

Beautiful quiet setting in the middle of town. Staff were excellent - secure onsite parking at night and overall really enjoyed our quick stay. Was great to relax in the courtyard by the fountain with a glass of wine after a long day of driving.

The design is faultless, the gardens are lovely and it’s in the centre of the vibrant town of Puebla. The pool area is also very appealing, with ample shade from parasols. You can hear the traffic noise from below but you are in the centre of town, and the view from the sun beds is of tree tops. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and the rooms are spacious, with good sound insulation. Breakfast is good and varied, and the food on the third floor restaurant is good. The overall feeling is one of comfort and wellbeing.
