The location was gorgeous and it was right on the beach. It was a beautiful hotel and we even got a free upgrade. Great food at the beach restaurant as well. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous.

In general, the facilities are great, my family and the children really liked the place. The location is awesome because it is quiet and it is very near to Marina Mazatlán and in a 10-minute drive you can get to the golden zone; the view from the building is good. The pool and the jacuzzi are clean.

El Rancho has such potential but upgrades are desperately needed. The location is great, the villa's are spacious and the lay out of the resort is good. This resort is overpriced for the condition of the facilities.

The resort is well run, with the layout it is a really pleasant place to kick back and relax. The pool area with its view and ocean access is unbeatable made even better by the excellent staff. All day 2 for 1 happy hour is an added bonus.

Excellent location right by the ocean! The amenities are fantastic, the pool and hot tub right on the ocean are where spent a lot of our time here! The apartment is clean and well equipped! We had two adults and two children and it was a little squishy, but worked perfectly for our family! I would highly recommend this place and we will be staying here for our next vacation as well! 😁

The building is much better when you see it in person. The staff is super friendly and the service is above of what you can ever expect. The restaurant has a good quantity of options and also they have buffet on weekends. Highly recommend the room with frontal ocean view (other rooms have good view too). The pool, The bar and Jacuzzi are excellent for the price. The beach access is very accesible, you can have beach walkings every morning/afternoon. Is going to be hard to find anything better for this price.

The location was absolutely perfect. Walkable to many restaurants and the malecon. The pool was nice and big and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a plumbing issue which was resolved within 30 minutes so no complains there. Room was very spacious. Beds were comfortable and clean.

The location is great. Staff were amazing from the first touch, my husband had an online meeting, they let us have an  early check in . Wasn't expecting 40 units!! Did not at all felt crowded to me. Maybe because we were on the third floor above the jacuzzi but still.Room was pre cooled, so it was nice, clean and cozy. no cooled water thou.Nice little pool, great for cooling down.
