The unit owner responds to my questions and gave a detailed instruction from check-in to check-out. The unit is clean, homey and spacious. The sofa in the living room is a pull out bed so my family was able to relax more while watchinh the TV. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is exceptional. The staff are extremely professional and friendly, as is the case with all Philippine hotels. The room was very spacious, the bathroom was the same. The restaurants were first class, the food was great. I didn't get to use the pool or gym facilities but I could see both from my room and they looked very modern and clean. Others were enjoying these facilities so they must have been ok. It definitely is a four star hotel, no question about it.

Its location is in the heart of Tagaytay with a great view of Taal Volcano. Check-in was smooth. The unit itself is spacious, modern, and clean. Kitchen is complete and everything you need is inside the unit. Bedroom is huge, has a big cabinet, and bed is probably queen size plus has a pull out bed. Bathroom is also huge with modern furnitures. Not to mention, there’s also a balcony where you can sit and relax with a refreshing view overlooking Taal Volcano.

The unit was light and bright as it had high ceiling and wide windows. It was very clean and well appointed interiors. It was spacious and it was complete with all the things you need for an enjoyable stay for the holidays. Loved the bath towels as they smell good and very white. Lines look clean and well washed.
