The room/apartment was fabulous, clean and ideal for a family as it was a large sized apartment. The beds were comfortable and the ensuite bathroom facilities in each room were immacuate. The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff were so freindly and helpful each morning.. Location is excellent in Makati. The pool was lovely and the poolside bar was nice. I have to say all of the hotel staff were amazing, professional, and welcoming and could not do enough for us. Especially the concierge and the front desk staff who were extremely helpful.

The king suite was huge, comfortable, and beautifully laid out. It felt calm and private, which made it easy to relax even with such a short stay. We had Christmas Eve dinner at The Lounge and enjoyed the cozy, festive vibe. The food was well done and the service felt warm and attentive without being overbearing. Breakfast the next morning was a highlight too. The buffet had plenty of choices, from local favorites to classic breakfast staples, and everything we tried tasted fresh. Overall, the experience felt effortless and genuinely enjoyable. It’s the kind of hotel you leave wishing you had booked an extra night.

I found this hotel so great with so helpful stuff like Ms Sam who offer me late checkout for free and upgrades my room .

Amazing oasis and very calm place. Food at the restaurant was super good and loved the iced coffee. The owners are Italian and the food was soo good (italian pasta was amazing). They even packed us breakfast two times due to early tours.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a stunning bay view that overlooked the majestic Okada. It was the perfect setting for our family. Mary, our host, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The space was just the right size for our family of five, providing us with ample room to relax. If we didn’t have a flight to catch, we would definitely have extended our stay for a couple more days. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway!
