• Extremely kind staff – I have stayed in dozens of accommodations before, and I have never met staff as kind as the ones here. They were incredibly kind to me, my family, and even my baby, and I truly appreciated it. • Welcome drinks – Port wine and Portuguese liqueurs are provided as welcome drinks, and you can enjoy them whenever you like. It’s perfect for ending the day with a small drink before going to bed. • Airport shuttle service – Porto is not very far from the airport, but having a comfortable shuttle provided by professional staff without any extra cost significantly reduced our travel fatigue. Since I was traveling with a baby, they even installed a car seat for the ride both ways, which was very thoughtful. • Clean rooms and housekeeping – These days many hotels seem less attentive about room cleaning, which can sometimes be disappointing, but here the room was cleaned every day and maintained very well. • Excellent value for money – Considering all the advantages above, the price is very reasonable.
