Amazing combination of comfortable rooms, excellent food and revigorating thermal baths, with great parking options. Best customer service I've seen in any hotel in Romania, from reception (especially!), to housekeeping, to the restaurant. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful and flexible, they even prepared a surprise for someone in our group who had a birthday on the day we checked in. Already looking forward to our next visit!

The apartment was clean and beautiful. Pool and jacuzzi are both nice and good size. Housekeeper was very helpful, nice and take care of us. Location is perfect almost in central of city . We really enjoyed the holiday and we will come back for sure. Recommend to book this place to everyone . ❤️❤️

The room was very clean. The communal kitchen downstairs was also quite clean. The staff were very friendly and provided everything I asked for, including kitchen utensils and clean towels. Me, my mum and my aunt. We loved it and had a wonderful time. The next time I go back to Romania, I’ll stay there again.
