The hotel is clean, nicely decorated in the common areas. the room was updated, we had bathrobes for going to pool, sauna or spa area, the breakfast had a lot of variation for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh options and truly outstanding coffee that made our morning even better!

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast—plenty of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. And I can’t forget the incredible rooftop pool—beautifully maintained with stunning views, it was the perfect spot to relax after a day out. Overall, Poem was a great choice and I’d happily stay there again.

Great location close to the beach and restaurants, apartment was very clean, the entry is keyless which is very convenient. Communication was good.
