The hotel is clean, nicely decorated in the common areas. the room was updated, we had bathrobes for going to pool, sauna or spa area, the breakfast had a lot of variation for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast—plenty of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. And I can’t forget the incredible rooftop pool—beautifully maintained with stunning views, it was the perfect spot to relax after a day out. Overall, Poem was a great choice and I’d happily stay there again.

Very clean, nicely decorated for Christmas. Great facilities, restaurant, a great gym, parking. Staff very friendly and helpful.
