I had a great stay at Grand Line Hotel Apartments. The place feels modern and very clean, with a stylish lobby that gives a welcoming vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The gym is well-equipped with everything needed for a good workout, and I really liked how tidy and organized it was. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and comfortable, making it a perfect choice whether for business or leisure. Definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay again!

The hotel itself is very nice — the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed — but what truly made my stay exceptional was the service. The staff consistently went above and beyond to help me. They did their best to accommodate my request for an early check-in, and later in the afternoon, when I unexpectedly needed to return to Jeddah from Umluj due to an issue, they were incredibly supportive. Not only did they voluntarily check whether they could refund part of my stay — and succeeded — but Nouf and her manager also took it upon themselves to actively look for a taxi to take me back to Jeddah. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. A good hotel is important, but when problems arise, exceptional staff make all the difference. Nouf and her manager handled everything in the best possible way, and I am truly grateful for their help.
