Check in-out completed quickly. The hotel staff replied my message quickly via Booking app. The car park has enough spaces. Thermal pool was meeting expectation, clean and fun for families. Room was clean, air conditioning was working well. Staff was helpful. The dinner at the restaurant was tasty.

Stayed for 1 night bathroom full of water need renovations bed was not that comfortable and lizard on wall I couldn't sleep all night no one can speak English breakfast was terrible ants in honey I show the lady she pick up and bin it location was bit on side 6km from bursa city centre and Usman gazi tombs 20 minute cable car by bus

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. It is the best spa I have used in any hotel including four seasons.
The young man proposing to his future wife in the restaurant was a delightful highlight.

Hotel was really nice and clean. The stuff is amazing, they are very helpful always with a smile on their face. We also used hamam and had massage there and everything was perfect, relaxing. Breakfast was really delicious with good variety.

They asked me 8 euros more than the booking confirmed price! Forget this place! No SPA, no decent restaurant.. Very expensive, very unfriendly!!

Staff were accommodating and always willing to help,really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Kids had a blast with kids entertainment and spa and pool area were so relaxing.
