I love everything about Bof Hotel, this was in fact our second stay after so many years. - The staffs are all amazing, many of them are kind, helpful and professional. A shoutout for one of the Customer Relations there, Ms. Buse who welcomed and answered all of our questions there - The size of the room are enough for our family - The meals (all breakfast, lunch and dinner, also coffee break) are all tasty and with huge variations of food. My children love it there. All the workers there were also fast and helpful - The locations of the hotel is great. Only 200m if you want to experience Cable Car to Bursa

I had an amazing experience at Mysia Olympos Hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. Mr Alper made the whole process smooth, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. The customer service was top-notch, and I'll be returning! Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials. Special thanks to Mr Alper and Mr Ahmet and his fellow staffs(sorry couldn’t remember their names)

They also have a great clothes washing service if you need to use it. 11/10 rating if I could

The amazing experience started with the two concierge staff (Recep & Gokul). Their welcoming smile was so genuine and humble that melted s instantly. They helped to park my car that got stucked in snow a bit. By the time I went to check in, the receptionist also surprised us with free room upgrade. She had a genuine smile as well. She (I forgot her name 🤦‍♂️) informed us the timings for meals all thru the day. Then I met with another beautiful receptionist (Cyndi, forgot the Turkish name), who advised all the places and activities that can be done. Also informed her about my wife birthday surprise plan and she instantly proposed all the options and a real surprise were done along with Dicle who was responsible guest relation. My daughter loved Dicle so much...took some modeling photos..😁 The view from the room was simply breath taking
