The staff is helpful, professional, very kind and polite. They do everything with a big smile. A big choice of restaurants, in winter season less, but still enough. Rooms are very comfortable. Guest relations are really working good, they are asking if everything is OK, or if you need something.

Staff is very friendly and nice; at the reception we got a lot of information about how to plan our stay. Food is very good, in particular at breakfast you can find whatever you want. The service is great! Also the structure is generally very good, in particular the two swimming pool. The room was spacious with air conditioning and fridge.

The design is exceptional and very nice! The size of the room was really impressive. Very clean. Food was tasty (although we managed to get food poisoned). Nicely designed pools and comfortable sun beds. (Just be aware that people are the same everywhere no matter how much money they pay and even if it is not allowed to reserve sun beds, people still do that and don't show for the rest of the day unfortunately). Amazing kids club. Really there is nothing to complain about. But.... We felt that it lacked a bit of a cosy feeling and we did prefer a less luxurious but more homely hotel we did stay in previously. It really depends on your preferences.
