Located on the scenic San Antonio Riverwalk, this hotel features a heated outdoor rooftop swimming pool, a hot tub, and free WiFi. Soo I started  reservation of a room with a travel agency at the Drury Inn and Suites in San Antonio.  The next day after confirming San Antonio, I logged in and completed what I thought was reservation of the room I originally started. Upon arrival, we met your awesome security guy, sorry can't remember his name and after we went inside and checked in. I sent my family to the room to get comfortable while I parked my truck. Upon arrival to the room I found my beautiful wife sitting in a chair inside the room with the curtains opened looking out the window. And I explained, baby we have a balcony and asked why are you inside looking out side. She showed me that we have no balcony. So in a  bit of despair, I looked at the room reservation and it did not Include a balcony. I immediately went to the front desk ad explained how much my wife loves to take pictures and being outdoors and somehow the room/ reservation changed and I did not verify and asked how much to upgrade to a room with a balcony. I felt so bad whatching my wife just looking out a window. Alexis! I hope I spelled her name right listened to me and understood the delima I was in, took a look and said I can get your family in the room you thought you were getting initially at no extra charge. I was blown away. I don't know how you found her and or Renea your assistant GM. All your staff is amazing including your cook. He watched attentively over the food out your kick back 5:30 to 7 pm.  Thank you Alexis and everyone keep it up. My family and I will only stay at Drury Inn and Suites in San Antonio tx if you continue to employee the type of amazing folks we met today!!! Thank you,  Rodney Ketner

Awesome location close to the riverwalk, very good breakfast and comfortable rooms! Will come back for sure !

Situated 14 km from the River Walk, this San Antonio hotel has a complimentary hot breakfast and rooms with free WiFi. Happy hour drinks and dinner was a nice surprise on the Friday evening. The room we stayed in was spacious. Had two TV's, in bedroom and lounge respectively. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Free WiFi and an indoor swimming pool with a whirlpool are featured at this environmentally-friendly hotel. Good location, close to the interstate where we were traveling. Cozy environment with variety of food for breakfast. We enjoyed warm spa and cool swimming pool.

A free hot breakfast and rooms with free wireless internet are offered at this San Antonio hotel. It is just 5 miles from San Antonio Zoo and the River Walk entertainment district. Staff was lovely, due to flight cancellation could not check in on reserved day but after a few calls they transferred my booking to next day

Recently renovated. Located 15 minutes’ drive from San Antonio International Airport, this hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, and free WiFi. The position for us was perfect , we booked 3 nights with breakfast , you also get a snack of an evening with 3 drinks each which we reckoned was great value for what price you pay, great stay and staff couldn’t be more helpful .

They staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food at breakfast is delicious and I loved the happy hour food as well. All in all I give this hotel a 10 for their excellence.

This San Antonio Medical Center hotel features a daily hot breakfast and an indoor swimming pool with spa tub. I liked the spacious suite, and breakfast was good. Didn't eat dinner here.

Located alongside the San Antonio River Walk, this Forbes Four-star hotel features an on-site spa and dining options. Every thing and every person working there. Wanted top notch place and there are many, but what tipped scales was the whirlpool by swimming pool...quite a nice perk for just showing up w/o appointments...I'm not a spa person, but hot tub by pool was delightful and appreciated. By the way, I came by myself; a woman's/wife's escape; 100% accomplished. But all of the hotel is outstanding! Congratulations to all of you. Isabel Ogden
