We stayed at Lions Hotel, where Austin graciously upgraded our room, making our stay even more comfortable. Later, at L’Signature, we were once again upgraded to a beautiful, larger room with a stunning balcony—an absolute treat! To top it all off, the staff surprised us with a thoughtful gift, and on our departure, they carried our luggage to a taxi 300 meters away, as the weekend restricted car access. Their dedication and attention to detail left a lasting impression. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—it’s exceptional! Thank you again to the amazing team for making our experience truly unforgettable.

I chose this accommodation to visit during this Vietnam TET period and enjoy the fireworks right in front of me at midnight on January 1st. The fireworks from the rooftop on the 12th floor were the best and the accommodation was very satisfying. Thank you for your kind staff, The breakfast is also really delicious, so I recommend you to try it. I will stay when I come to Hanoi again next time.
