staff excellent, room spot on,location very good.

It's a lovely Hotel with a gentleman host.Everthing was super.Great value great food.Nestled among the mountains.

Really friendly atmosfere .There wasn t a single day the team didn t interact with us, see how are we are getting on or if we need anything . Easy to communicate with really good english and were using whats app as well . All info got before check in so at check in, tired after a long trip with 2 kids a meat and great and we went strait to our room . First hotel we had netflix kids loved it . Our room was aired and tidyed every day without hesitance . Really warm and comfty room ( we are a family of 4) clean sheets extra blankets and pillows were available . We weren t lucky to have snow in Arinsal but the team were really helpfull recomending alternative locations ,Ordina Arcalis , and the kids had a an amazing time skiing . Also we had a percentage of discount when renting the ski equipenemt , St Mouritz group ,recomandations of good family friendly restaurants and so on . Quiet place and respectfull guests , not a single night we were woken up buy noisy people .. We had an amazing time, felt welcomed and all efforts were made to make us feel like home . The sky lifts are just across the road , free parking , supermarket also across the road and lost of good restaurants ,irish pub pizza places grill , burger s sport and hunters bars and so on .

A quiet clean hotel well off the main road, but within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hotel managers are easy going, friendly, and helpful, even allowing me to store some of my excess hiking gear whilst I was away for a week completing the GR11. The breakfast is excellent. Nice also to have a little balcony off the room with lovely views of the mountains.

Amazing staff !! They even prepared a birthday surprise for my wife. The spa treatments are excellent and a very good value for the money. Super clean.

It’s really good location to go to the slopes, ski lift it’s right beside it. And there is a shop you can rent all the equipments for ski. I just got surprised when we had to pay for the sauna, it’s the hotel rules, but it was the first hotel in life that I had to pay to use the facilities.

The hotel was lovely, a very nice experience, in a lovely location.

Elegant hotel in the middle of La Massana, just across the road from the cable car (we didn’t go up as we had other purpose for visiting Andorra). Comfortable rooms, bed especially, bathroom with bathtub, very much appreciated. Very helpful for us was the fact that they accept pets❤️. The breakfast was excellent and at a very good value. We could park on the hotel reserved spots just outside, and for free, which is a big bonus in Andorra. We didn’t try the spa, maybe next time. For sure we’ll stay again when in Andorra.

Every Ski and Bike season, we book this hotel with my brother; we are fans of their staff; they are very nice and go the extra mile to make your stay memorable and comfortable. We also book parking with them for the whole stay.

I'm very happy that I chose this hotel. Everything was clean, the room was very warm, the bed confortable, a good choice of tasty products was offered for the breakfast. Perfect location for public transportation, thr cable car nearby. The staff was so friendly. Big thanks especially to Christina who recommended to me amazing hiking trails.

I liked Everything about this accomadation, the views are amazing and I sat on my balcony admiring the view and even took photos of the stars above the mountains in the middle of the night. The landlord is very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Great place to stay! Hopefully I will be back one day.
