Clean, modern, very good location

First of all, I would like to point out the very good location of the hotel, all points of interest in the city center can be reached in a few minutes walking distance. Secondly, the comfort of the room was exceptional. The size of the suite (Bedroom, Livingroom) made our family's stay for a week very comfortable. Αlso the hotel;s facilities are more than satisfactory. Thirdly, and for my point of view the most important of all, the service, the kindness and the help with anything we needed from the truly wonderful staff of the hotel. Τhe kind gesture with the cake for our birthdays was something special! You made our stay an amazing experience! Thank you very much :)

Location is right at the city centre, it's so easy to go to the main attractions of the city. Staff is extremely helpful and polite as always. The room was clean and quiet, everything I was looking for.

The absolute best was the warmth, kindness and enthusiasm of the owner. The location was perfect, it allowed me to explore the whole city on foot. The hotel is in a quiet location, the hotel is enclosed in a private courtyard with a few tables for breakfast and hence very private and safe. My room was basic but the bed was oh so comfortable, best mattress and pillow ever (I slept every night and I’m notoriously insomniac).

The room was wonderful, featuring distinct areas and a window looking out to the exterior. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly. Good location. Good price.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It felt like home. The shared kitchen is great for making morning coffee and breakfast, and the self-service ironing is very handy. A big thank you to Sargis, the manager, for being so helpful and quick to reply. Special thanks to the owner, Khoren, for his amazing kindness. He took us to his family farm to taste fresh apricots and treated us to lunch and dessert. Highly recommended!
