Great location: Close enough to the city center to get around easily, but still quiet and relaxed. Friendly and helpful staff – warm, polite, and always ready to help with requests or local tips. Clean and comfortable rooms: Well-maintained, cozy, and suitable for both short and longer stays. Nice pool and outdoor area: A pleasant bonus, especially in warm weather. Good value for money: Solid facilities and service for the price compared to similar hotels. Peaceful atmosphere: Calm and comfortable, perfect for resting after a busy day in the city.

Even though it is not attractive, the area where the hotel is located is safe and quiet, not far from a metro station, and for those interested, the center of Yerevan is about 20 min. walk away. The suites booked were spacious, with comfortable living rooms, TV in each room, very clean bedding in the bedrooms, relatively well-equipped kitchenettes, and in one even a washing machine. The female staff of the hotel was very kind and very friendly. The buffet breakfast was very tasty, appetizing, varied and more than sufficient. Parking space in front of the hotel.

Everything was wonderful, the hotel was very comfortable.

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the all sightseeings of Yerevan. Exactly on the side of the most beautiful part of city center Cascade architecture monument. Enjoyed the stay.

Very nice room, spacious and well equipped. Central position in a street with thousands of restaurants, close to everything to be visited in Erevan. Samson was not only hyper-reactive, but 100% efficient and above all so kind and funny.

A very nice, new hotel in the center of Yerevan. Facilities are in good shape and it seems to only have eight rooms which makes it calm. Best of all are the receptionists who are all very helpful and pleasant people. Thank you!
