The hotel is located very centrally. There are many restaurants and cafes around. It is spotless and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, especially Maryam at the desk. They extended my checkout time to 2 p.m. when I asked. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, particularly to those traveling for business.

As a traveler, I found this place very attractive and enjoyable to visit. The atmosphere is pleasant and well suited for people who like exploring city locations and popular spots. It is easy to access and fits well into a city sightseeing plan. The area feels lively, interesting, and well organized, making it a good stop while visiting the city. Excellent location just beside Republic Square. Walkimg distance to major touristic spots in Yerevan such as National Gallery and Cascade. Close to meeting points of most travel agency one day tours. Staff are all girls who are considerate, competent and sweet. They keep the hostel tidy and well organized. They even go further to satisfy guest's particular needs. I enjoyed my stay at Daisy hostel & tour.

A great apartment about 5 minutes from Republic Square. It had a large well equipped kitchen and a large living room and bedroom with plenty of storage space. It was an added bonus to have a washing machine. Communication with the owner was excellent and we received detailed instructions on how to enter the apartment. He also gave us information about how to use taxis from the airport which was really helpful. There are a number of places to eat within a few minutes and we especially liked Yerevan Tavern. I would stay here again.

The hotel staff were helpful and kept the room clean. It's not a fancy hotel but it's very good considering the price you pay. In rush hour it could take about 20 minutes to reach Republic square but overall the neighbourhood was quite and peaceful. And for my Arabs out there they did have a shattaf.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I can only say positive things. The staff is kind and patient, the rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable. Everything is clean. The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious. The location of the hotel is also very good, close to the Republic Square.

The location is in a very nice area. It’s very close to Republic Square. Everything was wonderful and thoughtfully arranged. Roza is an amazing person warm, friendly, sincere, and very helpful. I can’t wait to come back to Armenia again. And when I do, I will choose this hotel again so I can visit Roza once more. Thank you so much for everything.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations! Its location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from Republic Square. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We experienced a few minor inconveniences during our stay, but the hotel staff were always available and, above all, professional. They truly made us feel safe, welcome, and right at home!

This property is non existent!!! We spent 4 hours looking for it with no success. We phoned the number on booking.Com’s confirmation form but the number was constantly unavailable. We ultimately had to book into another hotel and never heard a word from Modern Apartment in Republic square.
