It's in a great location in Broadbeach. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Spacious rooms with fantastic views, plus lots of lifts for quick and easy access to the room. The Casino and Theater are downstairs in the building, plus the Hotel has world class restaurants such as Nineteen (up the top) and Kiyomi (A Japanese restaurant).

A true suite , multiple tvs , well stocked minibar , very clean , great bed , super friendly staff everywhere.

Everything ! Lovely room , great customer service . The guy that checked me in at the desk was so lovely. I am so used to unfriendly people at nice hotels. He made my experience so nice. I did not catch his name, but he was Asian. The next morning, my daughter and I (my daughter is special needs and in a wheelchair) we were waiting for my husband to pick us up at the front. He walked by and asked us how we were and he had a little packet of dried mango(done by the hotel chef ) for my daughter. It was so thoughtful, and the mango was amazing. Next time we are at the Sofitel, we are going to try to get our hands on this mango . This gentleman is an asset to the Sofitel.

We love staying here! Amazing value for the location, super clean and comfortable. Staff are always helpful and friendly and breakfast is good.

The room was “ over the top”, the detail you put in every aspect, was remarkable. Love the cotton sheets! Bathroom was the best! Especially the oval tub! The staff are all so well trained & elegant! Thank yiu

The rooms were absolutely beautiful, super comfortable beds and nice big tv. View of the city was lovely. Spa and pool was a nice treat to come back to after dinner. Super close to everything and food and drinks just downstairs..

The location was perfect, as I was at a training workshop (a couple of houses down). I loved it, and I would definitely recommend these apartments to others, and I would stay there again. Close to shops and a couple of cafes

This has to be the best accommodation in Australia. It is an amazing apartment. Loads of room and a variety of amenities. Really can’t praise it highly enough. Fantastic location, mind blowing views from the balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed and the free (and very safe) parking a huge bonus. The carton of milk left in the fridge along with the dish of mints were very thoughtful and very much appreciated. Great contact from the owners with very clear instructions. It really is a gem of a place and I’m only sorry we only had one night here.

Location was perfect! Pool and spa lovely temperature. Air con in living area worked great. Very affordable and had most things we needed. Easy late check in arranged and early check out easy. Having free undercover parking was great.

All the facilities were available in the suite, and it was located in a very convenient location.
