Loved everything. Staff were very friendly. Location right away to check in at the airport fast.Breakfast was good. The hotel was very nice. Room was big, very comfortable. Decor of the hotel love it.

Love the location of this hotel, fully renovated building, room with aircon and fridge, the food at the restaurant was excellent. 10 min walking distance to the beach, Renaissance mall, Easy parking. The most valuable is the staff. Hanna, the receptionist, and Jairo, the manager, were always willing to help. Free water and coffee station at the terrace.

I like the buffet breakfast. I love that the staff is friendly and down to earth. I like the little library they added to the place. I have been visiting 3 times in a row and certainly I will continuing on doing so

Absolutely wonderful stay. Every staff member incredibly kind, the place clean and neat, delicious breakfast ("customisable" omelettes, fresh green juice and fruits, pancakes, great variety of foods), and the shuttle to the beach at any time. The AC broke in my initial room so I got a new one with an upgrade.

Absolutely incredible customer service. The breakfast was so delicious. The pricing was beyond fair. We also purchased some of the lovely art that they show from local artists.

This place is heaven! We truly had a dream vacation at Serene. From having tasty breakfast with iguanas by the ocean, chatting with Elysee while making omlette to meeting amazing guests from all over the world that almost instantly became your friends. The whole family running Serene is amazing, warm and welcoming, you feel like you are not just a guest. The beach in front of hotel is beautiful, atmosphere is so chill and after visiting all the famous beaches around Aruba (and all of them are stunning), we realised that we love our Serene beach the most. Very nice, chill place, right next to the water with cabin style rooms and plenty of shared equipment from scuba to kayak if you want to enjoy the water. The staff is friendly and super helpful. The area is not too touristy so you have a chance for a quiet vacation in a cool place. It is also close to anything else to the island and the local bus stop is about 5 mins walk away.

The location was great. You can walk to the beach, the condos have beach chairs and an ice chest available in every room. There is an ice machine by the pool. The rooms are spacious and they offer plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. The room and the property were quiet. There was plenty of hot water, for some reason I thought that was going to be an issue. I was very wrong. The pictures are accurate, the condos look exactly as depicted online. I definitely recommend renting a car. The island is small and the traffic isn't bad at all. Its easy to navigate. Locals are very nice and they offer lots of places to visit and eat if you want an authentic experience of Aruba. The grocery store is walking distance....be prepared to pay! Groceries and gas are expensive.

Wonderful Stay at Aruba Boutique & Art Hotel – Highly Recommended! My wife and I spent 7 unforgettable days at the Aruba Boutique & Art Hotel, and it was the perfect vacation. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and at home. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable every single day. What stood out the most was the exceptional staff – they were truly professional, polite, always smiling, and went out of their way to be helpful. Whether it was assistance with recommendations, poolside service, or anything else, they made us feel valued and cared for. The hotel's unique art theme added a special touch, with beautiful pieces throughout the lobby and property. Our room was comfortable and clean, the pool area was a lovely spot to unwind, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby beaches like Palm Beach. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to the whole team for making our trip so memorable!

The location is walking distance to the beach,the restaurants and activities. Bus stop right outside if you don’t want to drive. All the staff were brilliant especially Pricilla, she makes you feel at home.

During check in, I was met by Leyonardho, from the front desk, who immediately took care of me and made me feel welcomed the minute I arrived Together with the manager, Gabriel. They both went out of their way to change my experience in Aruba for the better and it’s safe to say they definitely did so! Leyonardho and Gabriel are truly wonderful assets to the hotel, and I hope to get to experience their outstanding service again during my next stay in Arub
