Best deal if you buy tickets online before opening day. Most years there were tons of free giveaway products and samples, this year only 2. Food building is still the biggest disappointment. It used to be the food was so cheap, so it was worth it to try EVERYTHING. This year, first in my LIFE, didn't even go in the food building. The Midway is still the best part of the CNE, rides & games & carny food. They need to bring it back to the way it was with the themed buildings otherwise it's just a glorified carnival instead of a National Exhibition (what are they exhibiting? Where are the animals, the plants etc?) Oh, if you coming from far take the Go Train & save time & hassle. Bit more money but no transfers goes right into the CNE grounds.
