This place was perfect for my needs, very quiet neighbourhood, big window in the room, good wifi, queen Elizabeth park very close as well as botanical garden, I always went to the park for my lunch break. Couple nice cafes nearby (liked sushi place and bakery) and train station for a quick ride downtown. I also visited UBC for work, there is a direct express bus there as well. Very friendly, let me check in early, and took the time to show me around and give recommendations for things to do. It was clear he cares about his guests. Everything was very clean, and while the room was no-frills, it was comfortable and not lacking in anything I needed. Plus, easy walking distance to Queen Elizabeth Park and the Oakridge-41st Ave transit station. An easy 15-minute ride to the waterfront, and 15 min to Vancouver airport.
